For some reason, my taskbar has moved from the bottom of the desktop to the top of the desktop - and I can't move it back. I can increase the height of the toolbar by pulling on the bottom side, but I can't pull on the top side to pull it down. I don't know what I did to cause it to move, but I sure need some help in getting it back down from the top of the desktop to the more normal location at the bottom of the desktop.

    help, please.

    Hey
You should be able to click and hold down the mouse button (Left Button) and drag it down. It may take a few trys but thats how you move it. You may have to right click on the taskbar and unlock it. Post back if you still need help.

It would absolutely not move by dragging it downward. BUT, it did move when I moved it at an angle to the side. From the side it was simple to get it back to the bottom. Thanks for the help. I ain't a rocket scientist.
