    Hi All,

I'm not able to get anything to run from task scheduler - I get no messages, but if I look at the logfile, it always shows that "incorrect password" or something to that effect. Is there any way to run a task WITHOUT a password?

    TIA!

It won't run without a password. It's a good idea to have one, anyway. It may seem inconvenient at times, but XP really expects a password and random functionality is lost without it.

Thanks, 'brax! I hate using passwords (it's a HOME computer, for cripes sake!), but whatever it takes...
