Task Scheduler is not working.

Well, the title of the thread is pretty self explanatory but of course I will go into more detail. The task scheduler wont work, all of the icons for it are just the basic white background with the windows logo on them and it wont open up, I just double click it and nothing happens. I think if I could fix this problem then maybe norton antivirus would allow me to scan my computer instead of giving me an error everytime, so one thing at a time. If you need any information, which you probably will, just ask and I will be happy to give it to you. Thanks for any and all solutions that you come up with, I appreciate your help greatly.

 

If you can get online, go to Housecall and the Online Trojan Scans. I suspect something go past Norton and disabled it. The links are below.
