After a freeze up, I brought up the Task Manager and attempted to stop things to get it going again and it wouldn't. Used the power switch to turn it off and when I booted up again all was well. The next time I opened the Task Manager Window noticed that the top part was gone! Did a sfc hoping to restore it and that didn't work. See picture below. What do I do next?

Admin: Deleted picture, it was corrupted.

    Hi There!

open up the task manager and double click on the grey area around the task list, all the menus, tabs and info should appear again..

Please let me know if this works,

    Liam

Thank you paddyslammer. It did work. Glad you answered as I was prepared to do a XP Repair. That would have been a big job for such and easy solution.

    Sure appreciate your quick reply.
