I have recently lost portions of my Task Manager box. Task Manager opens, but all I have is the window with rinning programs. I have lost the tabs across the top for processes, net..., etc. There are no little boxes for minimize, maximize, or close.

Where could they have Gone??? I miss them so!

Any thoughts on this greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Larry

    Welshjim,

    Thanks for the reply.

I tried both the "Repair" and the "Enable" scripts. Task Manager still looks the same.

    Any other suggestions?

    Larry

Try double clicking on the border of the task manager window.

    Thanks ZANDER

I was having the same problem with task manager suddenly having "Lost" ability to check processes. I thought my pc was being monitored and I had been locked out so I could not locate the spyware. lol I thought it was a registry tweak and was ready to format drive and reinstall windows! you saved me much grief. thanks
