I'm assuming you are talking about getting rid of the animation and just having it pop up.

Get TweakUI if you don't already got.

In the General Tab - uncheck menu animation

Then did he raise on high the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, saying "Bless this, O Lord, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy."
