target account name incorrect

i have a small network (@ 20 machines)
we have 2 servers running ad projectserver - win2003 server: this is the dns server and main file server as well as print server and sql server
server1- win2000 server: this is just an older server currently used for accounting data only recently we have been getting random errors that seem to jump around from machine to machine the main error is "logon failure: target account name incorrect "

when i take projectserver offline no one can log in. server 1 should be allow login to the network, but isnt i think i have a duplication error or something

any ideas?

 

ive checked everywhere, and non of the standard answers on the web are working
