    Hello all,

I have a T60P laptop that i just rebuild with windows XP. I installed all the drivers for it that I could find for it. I connected it to my companys domain. I then restarted the laptop and logged in with my ID and PASS. Once I log in I get a message saying there is unknow PCI device. I let windows search and it says it cant not find the correct drivers, but the laptop works fine. If after logging in I dont touch the laptop, the mouse and keyboard doesnt work. I can connect a USB mouse and that works fine, but the keyboard will not work still. Also device manager shows nothing for yellow "!" or red "X ". I cant find for the life of me what is causing this. Any help would be great!

    Thanks!

Strange that your computer would complain about a "PCI device" when you are having issues with the mouse/keyboard. I have never seen a mouse or keyboard that uses a PCI slot. :) (Does a T60p laptop even have a PCI slot???)

Anyway...here's a link to a thread at forum.thinkpads.com that might prove fruitful.
