    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)

One possible solution to your issue is not straightforward and involves investigating some entries in the Registry. With your Computer Experience as stated I would be hesitant to suggest you follow the steps outlined in this thread at Microsoft Answers .....

Windows 7 system32 folder pops up at each windows startup

Please read carefully the section headed Registry Disclaimer

    It's your call :)

If this is an issue that has arisen recently I would consider a System Restor to an earlier date before the issue arose.

I view those two keys, and in each key I find a value named Default.I see "value not set" so I think they are incomplete values.
I try to delete them, but a window pops up telling me I am unable to delete all specified values.
Please tell me what to do?

Hi Galaxyview, Welcome to Windowsbbs! :)

The Default key with the value not set is normal and you shouldn't need to delete it. Make sure you verify in the Registry that you have no values that have a value of " ". If you don't have any strange values located in the Registry then chances are you have a invalid startup program or you have a startup program that is causing the problem.
