System32 folder opening at log on

Hi, whenever someone logs on to my pc the system32 folder opens, on any user.

 

Check if there is a shortcut to Windows\System32 in Startup of All Users.

 

I would also scan for any malware. Sometimes a virus can cause this action.

Go into msconfig and see if there is a blank line - if so uncheck it.

Start menu > run and type msconfig and ok. Then click on the Startup tab.

Don't think this is malware related, but do check.

 

there is a program called "RAMASST" located in the system32 folder, in the startup folder, but i don't know what it is.

RAMASST get installed with a DVD drive.

 

well i disabled that, but the folder opened up anyway.
