Desktop system will not power up. If the power cord is plugged in to a power source, the CPU, case and power supply fans run erratically. i.e.
each fan for about a second, then they stop then start again for a second.
This occurs brieifly even after the power cord is removed from the power source. This had been a 24/7 system but was powered off over a weekend and will not power up since that time. Pressing the power on button has no effect. Power supply is an Antec MT-300. Suggestions..?

Is the case full of dust bunnies?

Might have to try a different power supply.
