    Hi, janeil14,
    try the following link:
    http://www.dougknox.com/index.html
    and look for a small freeware proggy (20Kb) called "SystemRestorePoint ". running this little beauty creates a restore point and gives you the possibility to make comments;

    regards,
    werner

    Hullo Janeil14,

    Are you sure that you have system restore enabled?
    Go to Control Panel>System>System Restore and check that System Restore has not been turned off and if it has, select the drives that you wish to be monitored.

    Good luck,

    Roger
