system restore error: rstrui.exe-entry point not found

    My system is fairly new (considering computers, it was outdated the day I purchased it from the retailer) but I keep getting the error message "rstrui.exe-entry point not found" when I attemp to run System Restore. Any ideas on how to fix this problem so I will be able to run system restore?
