system disabled

    I have an old computer which on start up only brings up the first screen it says press F2 to run set up but nothing happens. The only key that will work is enter then it says sysyem disabled. Is there no hope

    Can you give us a bit more information to go on?
    What type of computer?
    What O/S are you running?
    Did this just start happening?

    thanks for your reply but I have now managed to sort the problem I am sure how I did it but it worked
