    Hi,

I just would like to clarify my understanding of sysprep. Does sysprep only remove the security issues of the master computer when running sysprep? Once done, would i need a third party imaging utility to create a master image and then using the utility to clone other PC's? Hope to hear from someone

    Thanx

Once you have run sysprep, all machine and domain-wide secuirty information will have been deleted. This applies to user accounts, computer name etc.

You can then use a third party programme to create an image elsewhere. I use Ghost, but I am sure there are others.

When you put the image on another machine, either run the install manually, or create an answer file on a floppy disc to automate the setup.
