Hello, is it possible to get help with 3 problems please? Thanks very much!

    (1) I get a "sysfader" popup when I try to shut off my computer, saying "Not responding. Click on 'End Now' ", but I have to click MANY times on "End Now" and still doesn't shut it off so I have to unplug it because shutting off from the tower doesn't do it either! I checked Panel Control and Belarc and didn't find such sysfader program in my puter. I also heard Ad-Aware (Lavasoft) may be causing this sysfader problem. Any ideas how to fix?

    (2) My free Lavasoft edition is not removing ALL the infected files it catches when I scan with it. I posted in Lavasoft forum but didn't get an answer. Any suggestions?

    (3) The update to Windows XP Service Pack 3 (KB936929) has been popping up on me to install. But because of the bad references I read about, and because it requires much more memory and other resources than I have or care to add, I don't want to install it. The icon is waiting in my taskbar and frequently pops up to urge me to update. I don't know how to get rid of it. Anybody knows please?

I regularly do all the possible scannings and other maintenance. Thanks ever so much for any help! :) Adela
