Hey guys, I work for a UPS store. The Webmail for our email is abysmal, so we have it set up through Outlook 2007. Unfortunately the mail only supports POP3, and since we have 3 machines (one Back Office, two Front Tills) that access the mail, organizing and keeping track of mail can be a hassle. Is there a good procedure for synchronizing the folder/mail structure on the local Outlook clients between our three machines?

We have them set to leave the messages on the UPS server so all machines can get all mail, but I would love to have it as close to IMAP as possible. Meaning when I start making folders with sub-folders to organize mail, I'd like it to do the same thing on the other two machines.

Guessing that you know this, but incase you don't-> Microsoft Exchange Server was built to do exactly what you're wanting.

Course, it's expensive and requires some good knowledge to run it.

Thanks for the reply! I was sort of hoping for a cheaper (ie free) solution. Thanks, though!

Haha, believe me, I've been hitting it up. Not anything definitive yet. Still open to suggestions, though!

I didn't suggest any, because I never had the need to use it.

I don't know why UPS doesn't just set up IMAP for our email accounts since all the stores have more than 1 computer.
