Resolved Sync doesn't Sync ... it Sinks/Stinks

Hi.

I have Win 10 Pro 64-bit, pre-release version: Build 17046.rs_prerelease.17118-1403 on my desktop.

On my Lumia 950, I have the latest Insider review build of Win for Fones.

On the desktop, I am using a good old version of Office Pro 2010, especially Outlook, which I love dearly.

I admit that I am not sure what version of whatever is on my fone, but here's the problem for which I hope you folks have a solution:

The calendar in Outlook on the desktop does not sync with the calendar on my fone, and I cannot figure out how to make that happen.

Is there some trick that I am missing? Or is it as simple as this is something that simply is not going to happen?​

Please let me know any suggestions you might have, even Registry Hacks, or other arcane and esoteric solutions.
