I heard we can put symbols in text, such as the 101 (Degrees) weather we've been having lately.
Anybody out there who can tell me about this?:)

Look in Character Map - Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools as I recall.

Much simpler to highlight the character you want to insert, click on the Copy button and Paste into your texr.

Yezzir, slow as I am, I found that way to be easy. It led me to it.
Now I'll get that Character map and put it on the Desk top while I'm working.
    Thanks guys!

It's dang near 99° out right now!

    Hi Thud,

    Don't forget ASCII Code, also! You can win friends and influence enemies by peppering your e-mails with such things as: € ƒ † ‡ ‰ Œ ▲ ▼ ¥ ¦ § ± ¯ ª ¬ ° º ² ³ » « µ ¶, and my personal favourite — £!
