Just had Broni help get rid of viruses. Computer has been slow to load.
    Ran sfc /scannow, no difference.

From turn on to desktop load 13 min.
Using Process Explorer I found svchost.exe using 90+ of CPU,
    Command line: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k imgsvc.
    Start Address : WIAFBDRV.DLL!DllGetClassObject+0x99f
Display Name Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)

 Any help would be appreciated.

Uninstall any camera/scanner driver & software. Reboot & test.

Sorry for not getting back sooner. Your response worked great. What didn't work was taking the computer out side afterwords at ten degrees and blowing out the dust. Brought it back in, didn't wait long enough before turning it back on. No post beep, nothing...
Built a new computer. Will up date My System when every thing is setup. Thank you for your help, worked great, should have left well enough alone. It worked out for the best anyway. Built the other one 7 years ago.
    THANKS again.:)

Sorry to hear that you lost your old computer but look at the bright side - you got a new computer.

Please mark your thread as 'Resolved'.

It is considered courteous to post a reply if you have been able to resolve your problem, or received an answer to your question. If you were given multiple uggestions/solutions, it is also helpful if you would list the solution that worked for you.

Once you have posted those details, when still looking at your thread, near the top of your thread you'll see Thread Tools. Click the down arrow to expand the drop down menu, at the bottom of it you'll see Mark this thread as solved. Click on it to mark your thread as solved.

If later you find that the problem has returned, and you had previously marked your thread as solved, follow the steps above. Instead 'Mark this thread as solved' you will see that in this case Mark this thread as unsolved is listed.

Please read the User Guide for more information.
