    Hi there!

    I have a problem on my laptop. I have searching on this board but cannot find the same problem with me.

    Here is the flag:

    svchost.exe

    The instruction at "0x7c918fea" referenced memory at "0x00000010 "
    The memory could not be "written "

    Click OK to terminate the process
    Click Cancel to debug the program

    ===========
    I have click at the two button, but the same thing happen, nothing.

    This error massage was very annoying my startup. I hope for any solution before the error get worse.

    Thanks!

    Thanks a lot mailman!

    I did googled your keyword and opened one of them. The user recommend to disable the Windows Driver Foundation - User Framework service. He also states that the problem is related to the installation of Windows Media Player 11 which I have install it recently. I think the problem was solved now. But if you know that WMP 11 is not the cause of the error or the advanced answer simply reply to this.

    Thanks again mailman!

    Hi, limap5. You're very welcome. :)

    Thanks for following up with your fix. Perhaps others with the same problem who run across this thread will find your solution helpful.

    I'm sorry, I have no idea whether WMP 11 has anything to do with the problem or not. I haven't installed WMP 11 yet so I have no first-hand experience in that regard.

    Good luck!
