sub woofer not working?

    hey guys,
    really hope someone can help,cos im going nuts:mad:
    i've just bought a sweex 5.1 sound card to go with my sweex 5.1 speakers,thing is,i've set it all up,but can't get the sub to work,the only time it will work is if i go into settings and change the "swap bass/centre output ".my os is windows 7,and im using the drivers that came with card.

    No expert at it, but what comes to mind is, have you changed to external sound in your BIOS. Do you have Jack Sensing enabled.
    Apart from that just make double sure that you have the wires correct.

    thanx for reply hawk,switched to external sound in bios,and the wires are connected correctly,still no luck....:(

    I'm not into audio at all, so my best suggestion is to contact Sweetex support

    Always possible that the card has a fault.
