Resolved Streaming video capture/download

    I'm looking for software (preferably free) that would allow me to download streaming video and stash it in a file. Right now, the thing I'm interested in is a US House of Representatives committee hearing on global warming. It was located at house.science.gov, but it may have been moved as a result of the recent change of control.
