I have a strange problem with my IE6 browser.

I have put a eml file ( a mail created by OE6 ) on my server. I'm not able to access this file with IE6. This is the address of the eml file.
    http://www10.ocn.ne.jp/~doostan/2.eml
( click this link and you'll see the link is just OK)
whenever I click this link on my pc, the address bar automatically changes to :
    mhtml:http://www10.ocn.ne.jp/~doostan/2.eml
and IE's "page not found" comes out.

    What does that mhtml: means?
I have 4 PCs and 3 of them shows the contents of the eml file. Only my Dell 8200 has this problem.
Is it a problem with my registry?
I've done a repair of IE. but nothing has changed.
any kind of help is much appreciated.

I don't know what the problem is but for what it's worth, my pc goes to the same mhtml page as yours does. Anybody else?

    thanks for the reply.

Strange. Since this error shows up, I've checked this link on 26 PC's at the office I work in and all of them shows the content of eml file.
You are the second one who comes with the same error.
I wonder what can cause this?
