    Hi Guys,

i have had some strange things happen to my Pc lately so i googled my problem and found your site!!

i have had some music starting to play on my pc speakers while it is static on the desktop doing nothing it goes for a few seconds and then changes to a voice advertising something about OBL and then stops again, no rhyme or rytham to it at all.

also when i have a window open it seems to fade out to an inactive window without me doing anything.

I have run a full system scan using Norton antivirus 2007 and scanned using ADaware then used registry booster to try and clean things up but still the problem remains.....................i need help also it keeps crashing "needforspeed ProStreet" every 10 or so seconds when ever i try to play it

    Help.........................HJK Log below

    Hi justingt5
    Welcome to windowsbbs. :)

Please do these in the order given.

Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
    • Restart your computer
    • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
    • Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
    • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
    • Choose your usual account.
    • Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
    • Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
    • It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
    • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
    • When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
    • Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
    • Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (dss.exe) and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges to complete the following.
    • Close all other windows before proceeding.
    • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
    • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy and then paste the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

Please post the "main.txt" log only for now.

Please post the two logs and a new HJT log.

    Thanks
    Geri

    Geri,

That thread did not help or describe any of my problems but strangely enough i do have that program installed and i use it to communicate to my other team members in an online racing sim (live for speed S2).

I use the program regular and it works 100% fine, could this be related to my problem even if the program is not running or connected to any of the teamspeak servers???

    Thanks

    Hi justingt5
I doubt it, But if you hear the sounds again, I would check that to make sure it's not connected.
