   I have noticed a strange file appear in Windows called:
   
   C:\WINDOWS\is-4K0UB.exe /REG
   
   This in the "Run Once" Startup sequence with a programe name of:
   
   InnoSetupRegFile.0000000001
   
   Has anybody any ideas what this is harmfull or okay?

   Probably just a worm that's taken over your pc...
   
   Rename it and see if any thing acts up.
