stop errors

ive had 2 error codes that keep comming up usually if im just searching the web, its driving me crazy. ive got a fresh install of xp and got al updates and sp2.

1 gig pc2700
2x 80 hd
9600pro
500watt psu

im a real noob to computers and am at a loss as to what to do with thease errors, it just randomly crashes when looking through the web and seems to allways crash when downloading. done all spyweare and viris scans in safe mode also and everything seems clean

error code 1000000a, parameter 1 80ef948c, perameter 2 000000ff, perameter 3 00000000, perameter 4 806eecca

error code 1000007f, parameter 1 00000008, perameter 2 80042000, perameter 3 00000000, perameter 4 00000000

i have no idear what thease thigs are refering to . ive looked a bit on the net for both but cannot find even a close match. they both come up as blue screens with not lees than equal messages

can anyone help me as using the web is getting impossable. any sugestion is appreciated
