If thi is the first time you've seen this STOP error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure anynew hardware or softwareis properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove and newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup options, and then the select Safe Mode.

The newest thing I have installed is a wireless laser mouse, to replace the corded original (the signal would break up until it could not longer move the cursor). The new one connects to the PS/2 port and runs on a Logitech driver.

I think you need updated drivers from Logitech for that mouse.

The most likely cause of the BSOD is the driver for your Logitech mouse - LMouKE.sys

There is a slight chance that it is caused by memory corruption.

Uninstall the mouse software and reinstall - you might check for an updated driver on the Logitech website.

Check out the memory with Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool

Thanks, I downloaded the new driver. I'll see if any problems occur. Right now the mouse has inverted my speaker volume, this new driver should hopefully fix that.
