On normal startup, I get a STOP error with blue screen.
The error message says: "***STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xBE0234D0, 0x00000000, 0x00001028) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" followed by some suggestions for troubleshooting the problem. The numbers and letters in the 2nd of the 4 parameters following the 0x0000001E error code vary somewhat each time.

The system starts and runs fine in "safe mode" but unfortunately not in "safe mode with networking" so the system is inconveniently off-line. The single hard drive is partitioned "C" (4 GB FAT32 with 300MB free) and "E" (5.6 GB NTFS with 3.8GB free) which I plan to change to a single NTFS partition if I can regain control as the small C partition keeps getting too full.

    Suggestions?
