Still have problems with win32.agent.gvu

When I ran Spybot search and destroy it is still pulling up Win32.Agent.GVU. Please help.

Please do the following.

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan only. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked.

Close HJT.

Now reopen HJT click on "View the list of backups" and click on "Delete All ".

Close HJT.

Run SpyBot S/D again and see if it still shows. If so please make note of the location..file path.
