   I need to keep my Windowsbbs account open by posting a note, basically to show I'm still alive and interested. The short answer is Yes on both counts.
   
   That having been established, I'm about to upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 Home Premium. Is there any reason not to wait until after Christmas? Thanks.

   But, you should be able to upgrade anytime of the next several Years...You might be able to find some sort of Christmas Price on the software
