    Hi,

I have started having problems on startup.
Start / control panel / user accounts / change the way users log on or off
/ user welcome screen is checked.

Before I just had to click on Administrator for the computer to start.

Now the welcome screen comes up with just a blue background and the word welcome (no button to select to log-on). It seems to hang but after about a minute windows just starts.

    Any ideas
    Chris

Did you add some new hardware/software right before this started?

A new program that is loading at bootup is probably causing it. Could also be a new USB device you added.
