start up error

    can someone help me please. My son has windows me and when he tries to start up he gets a black screen and an error message ntkern(oa)plus0000a783
    error oe:0028: c02a1a3. Thank you

    Disregard the exact symtom , consider it to say when windows starts period, couse may apply irregardless
    CAUSE
    This behavior can occur if there is defective random access memory (RAM) in your computer.

    Memory is cheap and easy to install, I use crucial.
