I had recently accidentally installed some trojan thing that I wasn't aware of onto my computer. I realized I downloaded it then I deleted the entire file. Now, I get this pop up everytime I start my computer that the file I deleted cannot be found. It hasn't done much harm to my computer but it is a pest to have it pop up all the time. How do I take it off??? The only options I have is to BROWSE or CANCEL.

If you were infected, there was probably more stuff done to your PC than you are aware of and it will need fixing.

No way to tell you what startup thing to disable without knowing some details like
    - name of the trojan
    - name of the file that can't be found.

Moving this to the security section.

The file was renamed cool or something. I was dumb enough to let me friend download it and he doesn't know how to get rid of it now. He said it was some like subseven? I don't know what the heck he was doing. Anyone know how I can just get rid of this pop up saying that the file can be found??

Subseven?! You have no idea what someone could do to your system with that, it can be just like they are sitting at your keyboard.
    Housecall, online AV scan
    Online Trojan Scan
Do those links first. If something is found, post the name and you will be directed to a fix tool, if it exists for what you have. If not, there are folks here who know what to do. Just telling you how to get rid of the popup will not fix it.

Then, here are some things you should have, all free.
    HijackThis
    SpyBot Search & Destroy
    AVG AV for free
    Kerio Personal Firewall
    Regcleaner
