start toolbar is relocated

    Hello -

    The toolbar which includes the start icon has been moved from the bottom of the screen to the right side of the screen. How do I move it back? OS system is Windows 98

    Hello honora and welcome to the BBS. To return the toobar to the bottom, put the cursor on a blank area of the toolbar, left click, hold the button down and drag the tool bar back to the bottom of the screen. Let go of the left click and it should stay there.
