start menu replacer for Win8

I'm new to Windows8 and like it somewhat but have relied so heavily on Windows file infrastructure for a long time and not quite ready to give it up. thanks!

I got it to work the way you described...thank you! good article. I have passed it along to a friend as well. I also added a Recent docs link and intend to add a shutdown button as well. course ctrl+alt+del always works. thanks again.
