SSI Interrogator and rootkit revealer question(s)

Hi,
I downloaded both the SSI Interrogator from www.spywaredata.com and the rootkit revealer from www.sysinternals.com and both showed no descrepancies to which I was thankful for but was wondering if the HijackThis specialists think the posting of descrepancies will help along with a Hijackthis log in the removal of spyware, etc, etc (as well as rootkit findings) ??? I basically downloaded and ran them just to get familiar with and determine their defenitive needs based on the latest spyware reports of rootkits being used by spyware...As always your help is greatly appreciated.

The main reason I ask for the HijackThis log specialists for their professional opinion is because I also read that the HijackThis log will not reveal any of the new spyware infections that have the rootkit...I do not recall where I read that but when I come across it again, I will post that sites info...
