Spyware - mouse clicks and audio

I have the strangest problem with my XP pc. I am hearing mouse clicks randomly as well as occasionally, various sounds coming from my speakers. I recently heard a male voice say "have you ever seen the curvature of the earth ". Usually it is a 2 second piece of music or other strange sounds.

I have mcafee virus scan, lavasoft adaware and spybot systems running, but it still happens. I can simply boot up and have nothing running for it to happen.

Has anyone heard of this before.
