Spyware infection and Reinfection HijackThis posted

Hello, Starting about this afternoon I started to run into popups and other spyware issue not existing before, I also found I had DMVlite installed on my computer which I attempted to uninstall, but I don't know if it's been successful. I believe this started about the time I was trying to download AC3filter, for what I thought was audio playback with DivX. I feel kind of silly posting this, I've had nasty infections before and I've always been able to work through them on my own, this one seems especially systemic. Additionally sometimes when windows loads up, the start bar and desktop shortcuts do not load. I should note, I've run updated Virus scans (TrendMicro's site) and have come back clean, additionally, Microsoft Anti-spyware will clean, and then fine more (appears to be reinfection same thing) will come back. Right click the desktop and choose new>folder. Name it HJT. Cut and paste HijackThis.exe to that folder.

Scan again with HijackThis and place a check next to the following entries. Close ALL other windows and click fix.

Download Ad-aware SE 1.05, install and update, then install the vx2plugin
found here.

run it as described on that page from inside ad-aware. Then reboot and post a new HJT log.
