Spybot update question

I did my first update and noticed something about updating skins in their list of stuff to download. I skipped these because I didn't know what they were. Are these skins like Winamp skins, or something else?

 

Skins are visual appearance rules for the program window. You may select different skins to make your program window appear blue, brown, etc. That's all they are.

possibly you know this, but in case you don't...

if you have decided you don't want the skins updates, and you are tired of looking at them every time you check for new updates, you can right-click each skin and select 'exclude', thereby dropping the item from the update list.
