Spybot S & D

Hi all,

Everytime I try to download the updates Spybot freezes as soon as I click the download button. The only way out is to end task via ctrl-alt-delete. Try again, same thing.

I check for updates as soon as I connect to the internet, so no other programs are running or no other windows are open.

Anyone ever hear of this happening before? Thanks,

 

There have been some problems lately with some of the Euopean download sites. Try using the one of the USA locations.

Have you tried a different mirror site? The Euro one is the default, had trouble with it as well. Click on the down arrow next to "Unido Europe" and select another mirror. The US download site worked.

Quite alright. I find that happening to me quite often.

I meant that I too get distracted and step on peoples toes, but hey, they were made for walking on right? LOL!

 

That happens to me when I download during the day. When I come home from work at 3 or 4am, it lets me do it without freezing.
