Spybot keeps finding the same problem

I have been using the Spybot-Seach and Destroy. It finds the same problem every time I run it. If I reboot the computer or not and run it again, it will still find the same problem after it had told me before that the problem was fixed. I don't understand why it finds the same problem after it told me before it was fixed. What do I need to do to fix this? The problem is marked in red listed below:

and under the kind list was Registry Change.
