SpyBot can not remove file

Hi all

I have a problem with a reg entry flagged by SpyBot.

It tells me to restart and tries to remove it at start up, but it is still there after running SpyBot again.

So, I went looking for the entry and found it, but before I remove it, I would like for some one to take a look at it.

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1177238915-1343024091-1957994488-1004\Software\starware337

Any one know what starware337 is? Can I remove it? Should I rename it first?
