    Hello sally,

Download auto runs from here: http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Autoruns.html

Open the zip file, extract and click on autoruns. This program doesn't install to Windows.

Look first in the Logon tab for the startup. The image path should tell you from where its executing. Unchecking the box will disable the startup or right clicking will give you the option to delete the reg entry. Before you do that though, click on the jump to option - that will take you to the reg entries for this software (for info on where and how many entries this thing has), then delete it.

You can also use the other options on the right click menu such as Google search on it.

    Regards - Charles

Thanks for the post back :) and the info about what you had to shut down in order for it to work.
