Spooler Subsystem app error.

The Spooler Subsystem App on my computer continues to stop, not allowing me to print to my HP laserjet printer. I restart and as soon as I try to print, it stops again. Here's the error mesage I receive, with error codes. By the way, I did a full virus scan and I'm clean.

Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
