I have several computers in NT and W98, I would like to alter them such that my friemds can read the system commends & menus in spanish (they do not understand english well)
I have been able to setup multilanguage support but the commands and menus are still showing up in english. How do i go about making this change.

In order to display menus/help in Windows 98 or Windows XP in Spanish, you will need to install a "Spanish Windows 98" and "Spanish Windows XP ".

Multilangual support only enables you to view different languages, and it does't change your interface.

If you are really curious to see all the different Microsoft products and the languages it can ship in, one quick way is to go the MSDN web site, and search on the product, and have it display all languages.
