SPAM e-mail links to ??Illegal?? Swedish web site!!

I rec'd a Strange SPAM e-mail early this AM. Several Links on the page led to the following web site I believe to be Swedish! The message and the web site stress the wonderful opportunity to buy Many pieces of well-known Professional Software at Extremely LOW prices!! .....They must have been "stolen off a truck" or a Big Ship!!

They want you to pay in advance and they then MAY airmail it to you in 4 to 6 wks!!

Shouldn't there be some Web Agency to whom to report such Suspicious looking sites and their SPAM mail??
