Sp2 ?

    FYI -

    I noticed this morning that my XP has recently aquired SP2 atributes :

    " Windows XP Professional

    Build 2600 xpsp2 030422-1633 (Service Pack 1) "

    Maybe SP2 is not far away ?

    Yeah, Pete, mine says the same in IE/help about. It has said that since the updates started after sp1 was installed.

    sp2 is close, i have RC2.2 Beta of it, got it by accident, didnt notice anything new.. then again i did install it on a p2 300mhz which was laggy and slow and i lost interst after it took 5minutes for start to come up :rolleyes:

    According to this MS web page, SP2's Estimated Date of Availability is for Q4 2003.
