    Set up: WinME on C Drive/partition - XP on D Drive/partition

My concern is a "hard coded" write to C which is always pontentially a probelm, especially with an OS on C.

I'm not really quite sure what your concerns are here but FWIW, I have 98 installed on my C drive and XP SP2 on my D drive. No problems at all. I would think you should be able to do the same with ME.

XP SP2 C drive and w2k3 on D drive. No problems, except now I think I like XP SP2 better than W2K3!

Thanks Guys. Wanted to hear from dual boot users that have been thru this.

Just wanted to make sure part of the installation didn't end up on the C partition.

    Regards - Charles

I can see why, the system seems faster. First thing I did was to get rid of the Security Center tray icon - balloon, what an annoying bugger!
