I can not get any sound when I try to watch video clips from websites. We can put a CD rom or a music CD in and it will play sound, but I can't get sound on video clips.

Here is the link to the clip I was trying to watch (I have volume up and speakers on)
    http://www.crafttvweekly.com/player.html?wid=62

I'm certain it's not the website, as a friend can hear it.
What's up? Can anyone offer a suggestion?

    Thanks,
    Jodie

Firefox works OK. What browser are you using?

If IE, check internet options>Advanced Tab under multimedia and check "play sounds in web pages ".
